CITY TAX
€ 2.00 per person per day
Exempt: minors up to their 14th birthday.
Excluded: overnight stays over the 10th consecutive day.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
If your plans require different timings, please contact us.
It is possible to request an early check-in at a cost of €100.00.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
The reservation is considered final upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30 percent of the total reservation amount by bank transfer or credit card:

Methods of payment: cash, debit cards, credit cards (not American Express and Diners).

Check-out with payment by bank transfer requires the balance three working days before departure.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

In case of cancellation, the deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances.

CHILDREN’S REDUCTION
Reductions for children in room with two adults: -30% from 2 to 6 years old; -20% from 6 to 11 years old; -10% extra beds up to 14 years old.
From 0 to 2 years old, a crib is € 20.00 per day. Any meals required, € 20.00 per meal.

Pets are not accepted.
