Information on Gluten-Free Diet and Celiac Disease
Our kitchen is not certified for the preparation of meals for guests with celiac disease and does not have dedicated work areas exclusively for celiac requirements. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination. It is not possible to prepare customized or dedicated menus upon request. For guests following a gluten-free diet (non-celiac / gluten intolerance), pre-packaged gluten-free pasta and bread are available upon request for an additional charge of €10.00 per day.
